The Ocean Corner
Connecting people and knowledge that will help protect ocean communities
As a social enterprise, we work towards a better knowledge and understanding of the importance of the ocean protection against the climate change.
We engage the community with different activities:
Fashion:
Up cycling vintage garments with marine debris from around the world.
Printing on organic materials with water based tints.
3D printing accessories with starch filaments.
Accessories made of marine debris.
Education:
Beach cleaning, creative workshops, marine debris data tracking, robots built with eco-friendly materials and dressed up with sustainable fashion designs.
We are interested in interlacing innovation with traditional crafts.
The Renewal Workshop
We're making the planet healthier by turning discarded clothing and apparel into Renewed Apparel.
The Renewal Workshop is a new kind of apparel company that makes discarded clothing and textiles into something new. We partner with the world’s best-loved brands and retailers to recover value from their unsellable returns and excess inventory.
Our proprietary Renewal System takes discarded apparel and textiles and turns them into renewed apparel, upcycling materials or feedstock for recycling. Data is collected on everything that flows through the system and is shared with our brand partners to help them improve the production and design of future products. Renewed apparel is sold direct-to-consumer at renewalworkshop.com and in selected stores. We’re the certified renewal partner for our brands.

Tinka Blu
Tinka Blu is a women's surfwear label that designs surf bikinis made from recycled materials.
Tinka Blu makes surf bikinis for the eco-conscious surfer to feel comfortable and confident out in the waters. Our bikinis are edgy in functionality and raw but feminine in style. All designs are crafted to stay put and keep everything in place during surfing.
For our bikinis we use swimwear fabric which is made from recycled materials. Trash, such as abandoned fishing nets or old carpets, is collected from landfills and oceans, regenerated into raw materials and swimwear fabrics, and is finally sewn into bikinis.
We are based in Berlin, Germany and the whole supply chain is within Europe. Furthermore, we incorporate a more sustainable approach to sub business processes, e.g. we source renewable energy and ship climate neutral with GoGreen.
Our bikinis are available in our online store.

Ungalli Clothing Co
Ungalli is a Canadian sustainable clothing company that is fiercely committed to bringing awareness to sustainable fashion while creating a new ethical style standard.
At Ungalli, we are fiercely committed to creating a new style standard. We want to raise awareness of the negative impact the mainstream clothing industry has on people, wildlife and the planet. We think your clothes should express who you are and what you stand for, but never to the detriment of others. This is why Ungalli brings you superior style, quality and design, made with integrity every step of the way.
Inspired by both the beautiful place we grew up in, and the lack of awareness about the flaws in the supply chains of the fashion industry, we launched Ungalli in 2013. After being accepted into an accelerator program, we received an outpouring of support from our community in Northern Ontario. This helped us garner enough attention to win a Top 30 Under 30 award for Sustainabilit
Untitled Thoughts
Created in 2015 , we design and manufacture all of our limited edition pieces right here in the USA. All of our garments are handcrafted by a small team of seamstresses using sustainable fabrics and vintage/ thrifted garments.
Here at Untitled Thoughts, sustainability, workers' rights, and our environmental impact are at the center of our business philosophy. If a product does not satisfy all three of these requirements, we simply won't move forward with producing it. Fashion is the second most polluting industry, right after oil. We have the chance to make a positive impact through the clothing we produce, so why put out anything less than stellar?
Our Clothing is geared towards women who are confident in their own skin and feel good by doing good. We value every single woman's right to love her own body and dress in a way that allows her to feel beautiful. Through thoughtfully crafted clothing made with quality materials that will stand the test of time, we are thrilled to offer women our fashions.

West Oak Design
Small batch and one of a kind goods for women + home
To lessen environmental impact, materials are sourced locally or online through small American businesses. All leather is salvaged from items that have outlived their usefulness; think jackets with tears or busted zippers.
Straight stitch sewing techniques are used in the patterns of many garments to minimize waste. Fabric remaining after the construction of a larger piece will become meticulously sewn details on smaller pieces.
West Oak Design is a labor of love. Every design challenge reveals new ways to operate with little negative impact on the environment and positive impact on our community.

Yours Again
We redesign discarded denim back to new and wearable pieces, using no new fabrics. Our styles are designed to become an essential part of wardrobe and fit with multiple outfits
Yours Again believes that fashion can be harmless and desirable at the same time.
Denim is timeless in trends and it is a very durable textile. Therefore we strongly believe that good quality secondhand denim can easily be reused and moreover, upcycled into new, functional fashion pieces. We embrace the beauty and imperfection of reclaimed denim! Being a denim fashion brand, we feel it is our responsibility to put a lot of thought into the design and always think of easiest and most sustainable ways to produce it. We choose our suppliers very carefully and we keep a close and friendly contact with our production.
Sustainability is our priority, Denim is our language.
Zestria
ethical apparel, handmade, recycled, up-cycled, sustainable, wearable art
Every piece is handmade or up-cycled by me. Every element in the product is eco friendly. I use only recycled materials: fabrics, lace, yarn, threads, buttons. I'm also a vintage fan so you might find vintage inspired stuff among my things.
There is no USE in buying new materials because our Earth is full of forgotten, Out of Trend materials.
I choose mostly natural fibers and/or fabric. If I choose acrylic or polyester in my up-cycling or handmade is only because I truly found a purpose for that very piece.
Every article is unique, I can't and won't duplicate.
I put a bit of my soul and my entire energy in every little thing I make... so I'm with you everywhere...
Blessings!
